Phantom Hosting by Phantom Productions LLC — Domain Registration Agreement
Effective Date: September 9th 2025
1. Registration Obligations
By registering a domain through our services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your contact details, administrative, technical, and billing information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information and for updating it promptly if it changes. Failure to provide accurate information may result in suspension or cancellation of your domain.
2. Domain Ownership
When you register a domain through our services and pay the applicable fees, you become the legal registrant of that domain, provided you comply with this Agreement, registrar requirements, and applicable laws. You have the right to use, transfer, and renew the domain as long as you remain in good standing with the registrar and relevant governing bodies.
3. Renewals and Transfers
You are responsible for renewing your domain registration before it expires. Failure to renew in a timely manner may result in the loss of the domain and its release back to the public for registration. Expired domains may also enter a redemption grace period set by the registrar, during which you may recover the domain by paying applicable redemption fees.
Transfers to another registrar may be subject to conditions and fees imposed by the losing or gaining registrar. You must follow the ICANN Transfer Policy and any applicable registrar requirements when transferring domains.
4. WHOIS Information
As required by domain registries and ICANN, your WHOIS information (including name, email, and address) will be publicly available unless you enable privacy protection services (where supported). Some details may remain accessible for legal and administrative purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your WHOIS information remains accurate at all times.
5. Dispute Resolution
Disputes related to domain ownership, registration, or use will be resolved under the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) or other applicable registrar dispute policies. You agree to abide by these policies and to address disputes through the designated resolution processes.
6. Termination
This Agreement may be terminated if you violate its terms, fail to maintain accurate contact information, or engage in activities that jeopardize domain integrity, security, or reputation. Termination may result in loss of domain ownership and registration. We reserve the right to take action to protect our services, registrars, and the broader online community.
7. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Domain Registration Agreement for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. Significant changes will be posted on our website or notified to you by email. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically to remain compliant.
