PhantomCAD/MDT – End of Service Announcement

After four years of service, PhantomCAD/MDT will be officially discontinued on January 1, 2026.

PhantomCAD was the project that started Phantom Productions LLC. We are deeply grateful to every community and department that chose to trust PhantomCAD with their roleplay operations.

Why is PhantomCAD Ending?

• Rising infrastructure and maintenance costs
• Long-term sustainability challenges
• Focus shifting to Phantom Hosting and the Roleplay Enhancement Bot (REB)
• Technical limitations that prevent future development

Key Dates

Effective Immediately (December 11, 2025)

• PhantomCAD/MDT is no longer available for purchase.
• Recurring subscriptions will be canceled manually by our billing team.

Now Through January 1, 2026

• View-only access remains available for existing customers.
• Logins stay enabled so users can export any data they wish to keep.
• Support is available via Discord tickets and Hosting tickets (response times may be slower).

January 1, 2026 (Shutdown Day)

• All logins to PhantomCAD/MDT will be disabled.
• System functionality, database, and API will be shut down.
• The PhantomCAD website will display an end-of-service notice.

Credits & Support

All active customers will receive account credit for any unused portion of their current billing cycle. Credits may be used toward:

• Phantom Hosting services
• Roleplay Enhancement Bot (REB)

Looking Ahead

With PhantomCAD retiring, Phantom Productions LLC will be focusing on Phantom Hosting, the Roleplay Enhancement Bot, and new digital services coming in 2026. PhantomCAD gave us our beginning, and we are committed to carrying that legacy forward in everything we build next.
