- - Failure to pay by the due date may result in account suspension or termination.

- - Accounts not paid within 5 days of the due date will be automatically suspended.
- - If your account remains unpaid for 14 days, it may be permanently terminated, and all data associated with your account will be deleted.

8. Refund Policy
- - New customers are eligible for a 2-day money-back guarantee on shared hosting plans only.
- - VPS, dedicated servers, and domain registration services are non-refundable.
- - Refunds are issued upon request and may take up to 10 business days to process.
- - No refunds will be given for accounts terminated due to violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.
