By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other legal notices or guidelines that may be posted on our website. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
3. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent if you are a minor. By registering for an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
4. Services Provided
Phantom Hosting offers a variety of hosting services, including but not limited to:
- Shared Web Hosting
- Virtual Private Servers (VPS)
- Dedicated Servers
- Domain Registration and Management
- SSL Certificates
These services are subject to change, modification, or discontinuation at any time without notice.
5. Account Registration and Security
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
By using our Services, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive.

7. Billing and Payment
- All fees are billed in advance according to the billing cycle selected at the time of registration.
- We accept payments via major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods available..
- Invoices are generated before or at 7 days before the due date and must be paid on or before the due date to avoid suspension.
- Failure to pay by the due date may result in account suspension or termination.
- All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our refund policy.
7.1 Late Payments and Collections
- Accounts not paid within 5 days of the due date will be automatically suspended.
- If your account remains unpaid for 14 days, it may be permanently terminated, and all data associated with your account will be deleted.
- Phantom Hosting reserves the right to use third-party collection services for overdue accounts.
8. Refund Policy
- New customers are eligible for a 2-day money-back guarantee on shared hosting plans only.
- VPS, dedicated servers, and domain registration services are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued upon request and may take up to 10 business days to process.
- No refunds will be given for accounts terminated due to violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.
9. Data Collection and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. By using our Services, you consent to our data collection and usage practices outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Phantom Hosting guarantees 99.9% uptime for our Services. If we fail to meet this uptime guarantee, you may be eligible for a service credit, as outlined in our SLA policy.

The SLA does not cover:
- Scheduled maintenance.
- Downtime caused by your actions or misuse of the Services.
- Force majeure events, including natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other events beyond our control.
11. Limitation of Liability
- Phantom Hosting is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services.
- We are not responsible for data loss, whether due to negligence, hardware failure, or other reasons.
- Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our Services is to discontinue their use.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Phantom Hosting, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.
- Phantom Hosting reserves the right to terminate your account at its discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
- Upon termination, all data associated with your account will be deleted, and you will not be eligible for any refunds.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Kansas.
